4 Eggs 20g Black Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) evo oil to taste Salt to taste ✓ a spoon of White truffle butter

HOW TO COOK THE EGG WITH THE SUMMER BLACK TRUFFLE

  • Prepare 4 dishes with moulding rings in their centre

  • Break the eggs and cook them for 30 seconds in the microwave to give the effect of the low temperature cooked egg or cook the eggs in a pan until the yolk is done

  • Serve the eggs in the dish with the help of the moulding ring and cut the truffle (before washed and cleaned) in slices
