Foglie di oro arricchiscono questa “preziosa” variante del classico miele al tartufo. Ideale come antipasto o dessert accompagnato da formaggi sia freschi che stagionati come Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino di Fossa o ricotta. Ottimo anche servito su un buon gelato alla vaniglia Bourbon con granella di mandorle per un raffinato dessert.

Gold leaves enrich this “precious” variant of the truffle honey. Delicious either as appetizer or dessert with freah and matures cheese as Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino and ricotta. Amazing also on vanilla ice-cream with almonds’ crumbs for a refined dessert.
